About Us
Chuck Harder is the President of Priority One Safety Solutions. After receiving his B.A. in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Ithaca College he became a police officer and has proudly served with distinction for 15 years. Chuck is a certified police instructor and is a member of the SWAT team. As a New York State Certified Police Instructor in General Topics and Firearms, Chuck currently teaches at the Broome County Sheriff Law Enforcement Academy as the lead instructor for the Officer Survival Module.
Chuck has extensive experience working in the area of security and security consulting. He has worked for over 10 years with local public and private schools and school districts in the security field. Since 2006 he has been active as a security consultant and planner.
